We consider ourselves to be an International Group, so the social responsibility that Hoshanco Holding has assumed is the localization of its jobs – by recruiting candidates locally in the countries where the company operates, training them and finding them suitable positions within the business, so that they are able to make a valuable contribution to the development of their societies.

  The company has undertaken a series of job localization plans, working in co-operation with the various Labor and Manpower Government agencies in the countries where it works. As an example of this, Hoshanco Holding has recently signed a deal with the Saudi Human Resource Development Fund. The fund is the government agency responsible for training and qualifying new graduates and then enabling them to join private sector institutions. The deal gives young Saudis the opportunity to attend a training program and then be employed in various technical and managerial departments of Hoshanco.

  The company has also taken the responsibility to employ resources with disabilities. This is done as an initiative by the company Human Capital Division to empower people with disabilities in the societies it operate in.
